Roger takes you through some great exercises you can do at home to help keep your fitness up to scratch!

You probably all know Roger, our Assistant Gym Manager – he’s put together this absolutely brilliant home workout routine for you. If a morning leap around with Joe Wickes isn’t your thing, then the simple circuit outlined below (one go round only takes you ten minutes; simply build up as you feel able and ready to do so) is enough to keep you fit and healthy from home.

Roger’s demonstrated all the exercises in the video – just play/pause as you need to – and here’s a list of everything he covers:

Warm up routine, 30 seconds on each of:

  • Jog on spot chest press
  • Torso twist
  • Foot to opposite hand
  • Jog on spot shoulder press
  • Side bends
  • Spotty dog
  • Curtsy floor touch
  • Mini squat jumps
  • Hip rotations

Main Circuit

  • Press ups
  • Squats
  • Upright rows
  • Burpees
  • Plank
  • Lunges
  • Shoulder Press
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Single arm row
  • Russian twists
