Im sure you have seen in various local magazine and papers all about our 7 to 7 challenge taking place here at the centre on the 2nd December?

Of course this is all in support of our fab member Laura Jones and her mammoth quest to finish 7 marathons on 7 continents in one year raising money for her chosen charities.

Well now Laura has been featured in this months edition of Gym Owner Monthly, they have done a lovely two page spread on her and her challenge – see here below pages 29 & 30

Now, we still need your help for the event on the 2nd December please.

We need volunteers to help sell the lovely donated cakes and teas and coffees of course! You don’t have to cover the whole 7 to 7 12 hour stint but a couple of hours of your time would be very gratefully recieved.

We also have raffle tickets to sell! Lots of fabulous prizes up for grabs, tickets available from the centre just ask any member of staff £1 each so, come buy some yourselves or get your friends and family or just anyone else you can grab to come and buy some too! We’re not ashamed we will take anyone’s cash, and remember, all proceeds to charity.
