A new class starts Thursday 7th July at 12:15 in the dance studio.

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

‘a time-efficient training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.’

The class will be 30 minutes long, so short enough to fit in to your lunch break!!

Come and give it a go – Class is £4 per session
